172-Point Inspection

Every used car, truck, SUV, van, or crossover must pass a 172-point inspection before it can qualify as a Ford Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle. Factory-trained technicians recondition any component that does not meet program standards, or they replace it with only new Ford Motorcraft® or Ford Authorized Remanufactured Parts. Ask your dealer for a completed copy of your Vehicle Inspection Checklist.

Two Warranties

In addition to the 172-point inspection, every Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with:

1. A Comprehensive Limited Warranty covering more than 1,000 components for 12 months or 12,000 miles

2. A Powertrain Limited Warranty for 7 years or 100,000 miles

Both warranty plans come with a standard deductible of $100 per repair visit and are transferable to future owners at no extra cost.

CARFAX Vehicle History Report

We run a CARFAX Vehicle History report on every vehicle to ensure every vehicle meets our Certified Pre-Owned standards. The report includes checks for the following:

• Flood vehicles
• Fire damage
• Frame damage
• Salvage vehicles
• Branded title
• Odometer issues
• Accident history
• Vehicle title history

What's more, you can view the actual vehicle history report for a specific vehicle by simply searching our current inventory now. Or ask your dealer for a copy when you arrive at the dealership.

24/7 Roadside Assistance

Every Ford Certified Pre-Owned vehicle comes with complimentary Roadside Assistance available 24/7, 365 days a year*. This Assistance is included through the duration of the Powertrain Limited Warranty (7 year/100,00 miles, whichever comes first). Services throughout the 50 United States and Canada include:

• Battery jump starts
• Towing assistance
• Lockout assistance
• Out-of-fuel assistance
• Travel expense reimbursement
• Destination expense assistance
